• No Dry Clean Only Items: We do not process items labeled as "Dry Clean Only."
  • Use of Specific Detergents: If you have sensitivities or allergies and require specific detergents, we need your consent to use them.
  • All Items Dried: Unless specifically requested otherwise, all items are dried.
  • Inspection for Stains: We inspect items for existing stains, but it's possible some stains may be missed.
  • Reporting Damage/Loss: Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Eligible Replacement: Eligible replacements will not exceed $200.
  • Disputes:  For customer disputes or claims related to damaged or lost items, please contact us directly to discuss the issue. We will review the claim and work to find a fair resolution.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
  • Right to Refuse Service: WishyWashyNBTX.com reserves the right to refuse service.
  • Traces of Detergents: Despite our cleaning procedures, traces of detergents, softeners, etc., may remain.
  • No Payment, NO DELIVERY: Orders must be paid for before delivery.
  • Unpaid Orders: Unpaid orders are held for 14 days. After this period, items may be kept, sold, or donated.
  • Responsibility for Items: We are not responsible for items before pickup or after delivery.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations not made the day prior to appointment may require a $20 deposit for the next service.
  • Filming and Photography: Laundry process and items may be filmed and photographed for marketing, social media, and advertising purposes.
  • Sanitization:  ALL items and machines are sanitized after each wash AND dry.
  • Organization:  ALL items are weighed, sorted, inspected, inventoried and stain treated if needed. 
  • Pickup and Delivery:  Pickup and Delivery are free for the New Braunfels, Texas area!
